After beginning his insurance career as a captive agent for one of the largest carriers in the country, Ryan decided to open RightWay Insurance to be able to provide clients with more options to better meet their needs.
At home, in his most important role, he is a husband to his lovely wife Krystal as well as a father to their four young children. Ryan is a University of Tennessee alum and in the Knoxville community, he is a basketball & soccer coach for youth sports and serves in various ministries at his church.
He is a Christian, husband, dad, business owner, insurance agent, along with a born-and-raised Knoxvillian. Ryan has a passion for growing his business by building relationships, utilizing technology, and helping to educate his clients and make insurance simple.
Nicole, aka Nikki, joined our team in July of 2019. Nikki has a strong customer service background and has served in various support roles in her career. She is fully licensed in property and casualty insurance and is a key member to make sure that our clients are properly protected.

Mari, joined our team in 2018. Mari came from an insurance background and has thrived in her role as an Account Assistant since she came onboard. Mari and her beautiful family (Choi, Kendra, and Callie) enjoy spending quality time together and cooking big meals for their whole family to enjoy. Outside of work and time with her family, Mari enjoys Cafe Lattes (extra hot) and watching cooking vlogs and Netflix.
Meet Sami Chung-Taylor, a dedicated insurance professional with a unique background. Raised as a military brat, she understands the importance of security. Her father's service in the Air Force instilled values of commitment and responsibility. Recently married to Joe, a National Guard recruiter, Sami embraces her role as a bonus mom to six wonderful kids. With a background in healthcare, she finds joy in assisting and protecting others. When she's not safeguarding your future, you can find Sami exploring her culinary passions as a foodie always on the hunt for exciting new flavors.
Connor and his wife Maecie have two children, Lucas & Kinsley. Much of their time is spent at the ball field or on the golf course as a family. Connor has been in the insurance as a sales representative for several years and enjoys being able to work with clients on a personal level.
Melvin came to RightWay with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. Melvin is a family man that is very active in his community. When he is not working with clients you can find Melvin coaching youth sports or serving his loyal customers of his food truck, FATS BBQ.
